If you are curious about mindfulness and would like to find out more without committing to a full course, then why not come along to a Calm City Mind taster session or morning workshop? These will introduce you to what mindfulness is, what it isn't, its potential benefits and next steps on finding out more. You will also have the opportunity to try some of the practices so that you can experience mindfulness first-hand.

Graduate Sessions - London

These sessions provide an opportunity for people who have  either done an 8-week mindfulness course or who have a regular form of practice to come together, reconnect with and deepen practice, whilst being guided as a group.
