6-Session Introduction to Mindfulness Course - Walthamstow, June 2018
The course consists of five 75-minute classes, and a morning silent ‘retreat’ on the Saturday of the penultimate week in the course. Open to mindfulness beginners and mindfulness returners, the course and materials cover:
- what mindfulness is and what it is not
- some of the background, neuroscience and research on mindfulness
- some of the main mindfulness practices for you to explore both in the class and at home
- exercises looking at the relationship we often have towards stress and difficulty and
- ways of living more mindfully every day.
When and where: 5 evening sessions starting Monday 16 July 2018 , 19:15 - 20:30 . Saturday morning retreat on 11 August 10:00 - 13:15. Please see FAQS for dates of all the sessions. Location - Walthamstow Quaker Centre, E17 (10-15 minute walk from Walthamstow tube)
Price: £99 (£75 concessions) includes 9.5 hours teaching, pre-course information and (if required or requested) orientation phone call, guidance and teaching at each of the evening classes, written course materials, and audio materials to download for your home practice.

8-Week Mindfulness & Stress Reduction Course - Walthamstow, October 2018
Dates & Times : The next 8-week mindfulness & stress reduction course starts Monday 8 October 2018 and runs for 8 consecutive Mondays from 7.15 pm - 9:30 pm . 'All day' session takes place on Saturday 17 November 10:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Cost: £225 (£175 concessions): includes over 20 hours' teaching & guidance for all sessions, pre-course orientation phone calls, handout materials from each session and audio MP3 files for the home practice. ** 20% early bird discount for places booked before 30 June 2018 **

Mindfulness Taster Sessions & Workshops - various locations in East London
If you are curious about mindfulness and would like to find out more without committing to a full course, then why not come along to a Calm City Mind taster session or morning workshop? Graduate Sessions - London
These sessions provide an opportunity for people who have either done an 8-week mindfulness course or who have a regular form of practice to come together, reconnect with and deepen practice, whilst being guided as a group.
