Graduate Sessions - London

Greenhouse N16, 49 Green Lanes, N16 9BU (2 mins walk from Newington Green)

These sessions usually take place the first Sunday of every month and provide an opportunity for people who have  either done an 8-week mindfulness course or who have a regular form of practice to come together, reconnect with and deepen practice, whilst being guided as a group. We also usually have tea and biscuits afterwards for anyone who wants to stay and chat. The theme for May - June graduate sessions is 'beginner's mind' - bringing a fresh curiosity to our practice. Places are cheaper if booked in advance and as a block, but equally, subject to space you are welcome just drop in on the day if you prefer.

7 May -  17:30 - 18:30

 4 June - 17:30  -18:30

2 July 17:30 - 18:30

Ruth’s ways of explaining Mindfulness – both as a concept and as a practice - made it feel straightforward and very achievable, which was really quite inspiring.
