Calm City Mind regularly runs workplace taster sessions which can range from 45 mins to 3 hours and introduce people to mindfulness with a particular focus on its use in the workplace, as well as longer courses in businesses to help employees use mindfulness as a tool for managing their well-being and resilience.  The taster sessions are ideally suited to up to 15 people and can be run over a lunch break, early morning, or straight after work.

Visit the testimonials page to see what people say about workplace mindfulness. If you would like to discuss running a session in your workplace, please just get in touch.

Ruth’s ways of explaining Mindfulness – both as a concept and as a practice - made it feel straightforward and very achievable, which was really quite inspiring.
